Operator and contracting party

1. Scope

These terms apply to customers, coaches, invited participants and administrative users of MeetExpert. The offer, price and cancellation conditions shown when a booking is made also apply to that booking.

2. Role of the platform

MeetExpert provides search, scheduling, communication, session, billing and follow-up functions. The scope and responsible service providers are defined by the relevant offer and booking confirmation.

3. Accounts and access

Users must provide correct information, protect access credentials and report unauthorised use without delay. Accounts and session access may only be shared where expressly intended.

4. Booking and confirmation

An appointment request becomes binding only when confirmed through the displayed process. A counterproposal replaces an appointment only after acceptance. The status, time, time zone and public booking reference shown on the platform are decisive.

5. Meets, prices and billing

Meets are an internal platform accounting unit, not a cryptocurrency. Conversion, maximum reservation, actual use and any payout are displayed before or during the relevant function. The transaction shown in the billing record is authoritative.

6. Cancellation and no-show

The applicable free period, fee and refund are shown during booking and in the account. Different rules may apply after a session starts or in the event of a no-show. Technical problems must be reported promptly through the provided functions.

7. Conduct and acceptable use

Illegal, abusive, discriminatory or harmful content and interference with platform security, billing or availability are prohibited. Recording a session is permitted only with the required legal basis and consent.

8. Availability and liability

MeetExpert aims to operate securely and reliably but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected. Consultation does not replace medical, legal or other regulated professional services unless expressly provided by appropriately qualified persons.

9. Changes and contact

Changes are published on the platform. Registered users will be appropriately informed of material changes. Questions may be sent to the contact address in the operator profile.
